Casa Kiri truly is the most wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing break in a wonderful location and magnificent property.

This luxurious and stylish south facing property sleeps 12 and is in an idyllic location in the beautiful traditionally Spanish Village of Murla that is on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Jalon in the stunning Jalon Valley on the Northern Costa Blanca. It is the perfect place for an extended family or large group of friends to experience a stay in an extremely private Spanish Villa.

The property is located on a large flat plot that is completely enclosed and has electric gates for security. The grounds are perfectly safe for children to have fun exploring or to simply enjoy a game of football. The stunning private pool is gated for the safety of the younger ones and is the perfect place to take in the sun whilst relaxing with a good book, there are ample sunbeds and outside furniture for the use of guests.

The house itself is surrounded by mountains and greenery, it has a lovely south facing covered terrace that runs the length of the house and looks over the gardens and pool with their magnificent valley back drop. The terrace has lounge furniture to relax on and a table to enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are individual rooms but have a lovely open plan feel, all these rooms lead out to the covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has every mod con you could wish for, the dining room is off the kitchen and features a dining table to seat 8, the dining room leads to the large lounge with feature fireplace, UK Freeview TV, a double sofa and 2 triple ones. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, the first being a double and the second being a twin, both are serviced by a jack and Jill bathroom with over head shower. There is also a large shower room that offers access directly outside. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor that features a lovely family bathroom with overhead shower, a single room with a pull-out bed, two further double bedrooms and a beautiful master suite with a large private terrace that offers magnificent views and an opulent en suite bathroom with corner bath. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, sun blinds and floor standing fans.
